Shipping and Returns

SHIPPING:

We ship only on Mondays and Tuesdays to ensure that plants are delivered within the same week and remain in good condition. Shipping over the weekend can result in extended transit times that may harm the plants. Minor damage during transit is sometimes inevitable, so we do our utmost to secure the plants to prevent movement and shifting inside the box during transit.

From October to February, please check your local weather forecast before making a purchase. If your area is experiencing temperatures below 40 degrees Fahrenheit, you can find a heat pack by searching "Heat Pack" in the search bar of our store, and add it to your order. Our 72-hour and 96-hour heat packs will greatly assist in keeping the plants warm during transit. Without a heat pack, we do not guarantee the plants for winter shipping; please order at your own discretion.

For any additional information or requests to ship on a specific day, hold an order, etc., please email info@texturedpot.com. We will do our best to accommodate your needs. We ship to the contiguous 48 states, unfortunately, we are unable to ship to Hawaii and Alaska.

 

RETURN:

All sales are final. We strive to ensure that plants arrive in the best possible condition through detailed packing, prompt shipping services, and delayed shipping when necessary due to inclement weather or known temporary issues with postal carriers. If you are dissatisfied with your order, please contact us at info@texturedpot.com within 24 hours of receipt with a photo of the delivered plants. We will collaborate with you to resolve any issues that may arise.
