Camellia japonica 'Karakozaki Unryu' is a rare and highly collectible Japanese camellia known for its distinctive form. It features a "Karako" bloom type, with fine, thread-like petaloids clustered at the center, and naturally twisted, contorted branches that resemble a flowing dragon.
Blooms are mini to small in size, measuring up to 2.4 inches in diameter. Flowering typically begins early in the fall season. With its unique branching structure and bloom form, it is especially well suited for container growing, bonsai-style training, or decorative garden displays.
