Overview: Que Jiu features a classic, elegant cup-shaped bloom with firm petals that hold their form beautifully. With strong branching and long flowering stems, the variety works well both as a garden shrub and a cut-flower rose.
Blooming starts early in spring—often a full 10 days before many other varieties—indicating excellent cold tolerance. This early start also allows for a second wave of blooms within the same spring season after pruning.
Que Jiu shows exceptional resistance to heat and humidity, thriving even in hot, rainy climates where many roses struggle. Summer blooms shift from soft apricot tones to vibrant lemon yellow, maintaining perfect form despite high temperatures.
Its vigorous growth, heavy blooming, and strong adaptability make Que Jiu a standout modern shrub rose for warm and humid regions.
